Veteran's Day
Thank you to ALL veterans ~ past, present, and future.
Got in a 30 minute walk this morning in the drizzling rain. At the gym this eve I managed a 6 mile bike ride and 1/2 hour on the PACE machines.
Lost 2 pounds since last week!
