Yesterday

Pretty much slept all day.  Nothing could keep me awake.

Beautiful Fall day

Walked to pick up the girls from school.  One mile walk today.

Did manage to get an 10 block walk in today to the pharmacy and back.  Better than nothing, I guess.

Nasty weather

I haven't come to the point where it is worth it to exercise in this weather.  Rainy, wind blowing, cold.  I'll have to hit the gym later today.

My chest still hurts when I take a deep breath and I know running would not make that better.

Sunday

Day off today.  Went to church and worked with the K-5th grade group.  Was great to see the kids again.

Got to witness Jon & Deni renew their wedding vows after 25 years of marriage.  Thanks for including me in this event.

Day 1

Here I sit trying to muster the energy to hit the gym.  Or should I go for my walk/jog outside?  The sun is shining but it is only 44 out there.  Oh the decisions!  I guess getting dressed would be in order either way.

To begin again

Well here I go again. It is time to get off the 'couch' and get moving.
